IME Motors is hiring for the position of Workshop In-charge in Kathmandu (1 opening).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and timely delivery.
• Manage customer relationships, service follow-ups and feedback.
• Oversee workshop operations, infrastructure and spare parts availability.
• Plan and execute service marketing activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct technical training and support employee skill development.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, warranty processes and workshop efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve service, spare parts and profitability targets.
• Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools, equipment and assets.
• Prepare service reports, budgets, forecasts and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and warranty records.
• Develop annual service plans and operational budgets.
• Monitor team KPIs and identify training and development needs.
