The Workshop Incharge is responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, improving workshop efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and leading the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality repair and maintenance services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective service management.
- Plan daily workshop operations and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor workshop productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Implement company SOPs and warranty procedures.
- Monitor service KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct technical coaching and staff development programs.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reports.
- Maintain customer, vehicle, and warranty records.
- Coordinate with sales, spare parts, and technical departments.
- Develop annual workshop plans and improvement initiatives.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
