Job Summary

The Workshop Incharge is responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, improving workshop efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and leading the service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality repair and maintenance services.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective service management.
  • Plan daily workshop operations and allocate manpower efficiently.
  • Monitor workshop productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
  • Implement company SOPs and warranty procedures.
  • Monitor service KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct technical coaching and staff development programs.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Maintain customer, vehicle, and warranty records.
  • Coordinate with sales, spare parts, and technical departments.
  • Develop annual workshop plans and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
